Jan 1, 1960 July 31 1962. Possibility that induction hardenin g process ineffect at north american rockwell's axle plant MA y have created high residualstresses at inner bearing shoulde r area. Stresses may become physical underextended field ser vice. Continued use of axle after after cracking occurs,maycause axle spindle to (correct by inspecting and replacing whe renecessary). Necessary. %ly.
