Minicycle. Possibility that front wheel and axle could becomedisengaged fromaxle clip slot in fork sides if axle nuts bec ome loose. Condition couldresult in loss of wheel and person al injury. (correct by inspecting andinstalling front axle r etainers and self-locking nuts necessary).
