Volvo campaign no v-14. Models 142, 144, 145, 164, 182 and 183 only. Possibility that throttle control cable inner wire may become frayed andpossibly cause throttle to become stuck in partially-open position. Ifcondition exists, vehicle would become difficult to control. (correct byinspecting and replacing with new improved cable where necessary. ).
