General motor campaign no 72-c-9. Trucks. Possibility that bumper may haveinsufficient weld length which may lead to complete separation of hitch platefrom bumper. If condition exists and safety chassis does not function, trailerseparation from tow vehicle will result. (correct by inspecting and replacingbumper. )
