Volkswagen campaign no bm. Possibility that cable b+ (from alternator tostarter) and cable 15 (from electromagnetic idle jet and choke) may come incontact with air injection pipe from air pump to exhaust manifold. Afterextended driving period, pipe can heat up to 390f, melting insulation oncables, resulting in short circuit. (correct by inspecting and reinsulatingcables. )
