Crane campaign no n/a. Ready-mix carrier w/bd70,000 axle. Possibility thatunder extreme load, cracks could develop in the axle spindle. If thiscondition exists it is possible that a failure of the wheel spindle couldresult in the loss of a wheel. (correct byinspecting and replace with new axlewhere necessary).
