Harley davidson campaign no 651. Mfg. Between oct. 31 1972 Mar. 25 1973. Possibility that the lower fork bracketr ssemblies have varying degrees ofquench cracking in a critical area. This condition could result in fatiguefailure resulting in possible front suspension collapse. (correct byinspecting and replacing fork bracket assemblies where necessary.
