Ford campaign no 111. Possibility that the engine compartment wiring harnessesmay contain a rough splice joint which could wear through the wiring insulationand result in a battery voltage short to the master cylinder tube or fenderapron. If this occurs, the vehicle would lose all engine and electrical systempower. (correct by inspecting and crimping the splice joint and rewrapsplicejoint).
