BMW campaign no n/a. Possibility that the automatic seat belt retractor mayfail to properly function due to a specified tightening torque which resultedin a force locking connection. (this condition will be eliminated by holdingthe retractor in position to avoid retractor housing movement whenever arotating force is applied).
