Ford campaign no 118. Possibility that torino two door hardtop models wereinadvertently built with passenger car seat belts in the right-hand rearseating position. With the adverse dimensional tolerances of the seat belt andretractor, a small child may not be restrained by the belt assembly as thelength of webbing extended may be insufficient to place the retractor in thelock-up mode. (correct by inspecting and installing proper seat belts wherenecessary).
