Chevrolet campaign no 74-c-20. GMC campaign no 75-c-03. Heavy duty trucks. Possibility that the thickness of the housing material where the housing isfriction welded to the spindle is insufficient and may fail. Such failurewould consist of a cracked housing allowing the spindle, with its attachingcomponents to become detached and roll free from the vehicle. (correct byinspecting and replacing rear tanden axle where necessary).
