Peterbilt campaign no 5-75-b. Conventional truck. Possibility that a spacermade with a chamfer on the wrong side was installed on vehicle. This wouldcause spacer not to seat properly against the hub, thus not allowing wheel tobe tightened securely. (correct by inspecting and replacing spacers asnecessary).
