Plymouth campaign no 200. Possibility that variable load flashers wereinstalled in place of the proper fixed load turn signal flashers. This resultsin noncompliance to the bulb outage indicating requirement of fmvss 108. (correct by replacing improper variable load flasher with proper, fixed loadflasher).
