Freightliner campaign no FL-0040. Trucks. Cab-over-engine with garrisonmanufacturing company hydraulic power steering drag link. Possibility that thecircumferential weld which joins two parts in the steering assembly wasinsufficiently welded into the tube portion. If this condition exists it couldcause parts of the drag link to separate and result in loss of steeringcontrol. (correct by inspecting and rewelding drag link parts where necessary).
