Possibility that false cycling of anti-lock systemsnormally occuring below 15 mph causes the brakes to release momentarily withoutwarning extending the stopping distance beyond the control of the driver. Thiscondition can cause vehicle to crash without prior warning. (correctivemeasures to be submitted at a later date). Bus-school.
