Blue bird campaign no n/a. Buses and motorhomes. Possibility that the bendixr-8 relay valves in the air brake system may have been manufactured withimproperly cured diaphragms. If this condition exists, a failed diaphragm willresult in air pressure leakage at the treadle valve exhaust port. Undercertain conditions enough air can be exhausted to allow the rear spring braketo apply. Correct by inspecting and replacing repair parts where necessary). Motorhome and buses.
