Buses. Possibility that retention of fixed windows were inadequate. Incorrectemergency exits labels, and high unlatching efforts for emergency exitsresulted in failure to meet requirements of federal motor vehicle safetystandard 217. (correct by inspecting and adding stops to fixed windows,replacing emergency exit lbels and modify latches to reduce efforts for usingemergency exits. )
