Recall Summary:
An air leak could develop through the piston shaft seal ring which seals the inside of the brake booster from the atmosphere. This could result in a reduction in brake booster assist, necessitating increased brake pedal pressure.
How to Fix:
Dealer will replace the defective seal with an improved version at no charge to owner.

Vehicle description: trucks. System: service brakes; piston shaft seal. Consequences of defect: brake malfunction, requiring an increase in brake pedalpressure, could cause loss of vehicle control and an accident.
