These vehicles do not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 121, "air brake systems". These vehicles were built with an incorrect resistor board in the eaton controller on the wheel lock control valve.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealer will remove the incorrect resistor board and install the correct one, without charge to owner.

icon4 Recall Notes:

Vehicle description: trucks equipped with eaton anti-lock systems. System: service brakes; anti-lock systems. Consequences of defect: this incorrect resistor board could cause the wheellock control system to become inoperative at speeds over 35 mph. In the eventwheel lock-up does occur, loss of vehicle control and an accident could result. Note: this condition would be signaled to the driver by illumination of theyellow wheel lock control light.
