Recall Summary:
The involved vehicles have torque reaction leaves which are separated on one side of the rear suspension. Under severe conditions this separated torque reaction leaf will overstress the reaction leaf on the other side of the rear suspension.
How to Fix:
Dealer will inspect and replace left and right torque reaction leaves with modified design leaves at no cost to owner.

Vehicle description: trucks & truck tractors. System: suspension; torque reaction leaf. Consequences of defect: if this condition exists, continued operation couldcause the remaining torque reaction leaf to deteriorate. This could lead todeflection of the rear axle, possibly resulting in loss of vehicle control andan accident.
