Recall Summary:
The park lever on the involved vehicles contains a defective spring which could prevent automatic engagement of the parking gear.
How to Fix:
The park actuating lever rod spring will be replaced with an upgraded spring without charge to owner.

Consequences of defect: if the driver leaves the car unattended withoutengaging the parking brake, the vehicle could roll free and cause accident,personal injury and property damage.
