Recall Summary:
The fuel switch on the dual fuel control has been wired incorrectly. The switch was wired in such a way that the driver could be pumping propane to the carburetor.
How to Fix:
The dealer will rewire the fuel select switch at no charge to owner.
Recall Notes:
Vehicle description: motor homes equipped with dual fuel selection gasolinesystems. System: fuel system; fuel select switch. Consequences of defect: if the ignition key is in the on position, the engineis not running, the fuel select switch is in the propane position, and theprimer select switch is in the automatic prime position, the driver could beconstantly pumping propane to the carburetor. With these conditions present, anattempt to start the engine could result in a fire.
