Recall Summary:Rear lamps do not meet the maximum intensity requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard 108, "lamps, reflective devices and associated equipment". The lamps produce too much light.
How to Fix:Light bulbs will be replaced with the correct type and the label that specifies the replacement part will be changed.

Consequences of defect: rear lights that are brighter than the safety standardpermits may pose a hazard by making it difficult for drivers to the rear toadjust to dark conditions or to judge their distance from the forward vehicle.
