Recall Summary:
The steering arm may crack or break in either low speed or stand still maneuvers. Cracking may occur as a result of repeated full lock turns.
How to Fix:
The existing steering arm will be replaced with a redesigned and strengthened arm.

Vehicle description:trucks and truck tractors equipped with 10,800 or 12,000 lbcapacity front axles. System: steering linkages; steering arm. Consequences of defect: complete fracture results in the loss of steeringcontrol and the possibility of an accident.
