Vehicles will be inspected; cooling fans manufactured by engineered cooling systems will be replaced with fans of another brand.

Vehicle description: heavy trucks. System: engine and engine cooling; cooling fan. Consequences of defect: if a separation were to occur while the engine is inoperation, the fan blade could be thrown outward with enough force to piercethe hood and could cause serious personal injury.
