Recall Summary:
The vehicles were modified to extend the front frame assembly. However, certain components and attaching hardware required to extend the frame were not installed. Consequence of defect: the extended frame contains a winch, that when used may cause the frame to fail and cause an accident.
How to Fix:
Inspect and if necessary retrofitting to the required design.
