Recall Summary:
The brass fitting on one end of the low pressure lp gas hose could be inadequately crimped to the hose allowing gas to leak. Consequence of defect: a leak could develop in the lp gas system with potential for explosion and/or fire. Note: owners should shut off the lp supply at the tank and not use the lp system until the corrective action has been completed.
How to Fix:
Replace the defective low pressure lp gas hose.
