Recall Summary:
At high engine speeds, the cooling fan adapter plate, which connects the cooling fan and the fan pulley, has insufficient strength, allowing cracks to develop in the adapter plate.
How to Fix:
Repair or replace adapter plate to prevent cracks and damage.
