Recall Summary:
When the vehicle is exposed to temperatures below 5 degrees fahrenheit (-15 degrees c), the neutral detergent used as an assembly lubricant may stick to the check valve, preventing valve from functioning.
How to Fix:
Replace vacuum hose assembly.
