The downdraft onto the range top can cause the burners tomelt, or may extinguish the flame on the burner, allowing lp gas to flow intothe motorhome. Both conditions increase the potential for fire and personalinjury.

The cooking range and the furnace are located next to each other in the motorhome. When the furnace is in operation, it can draw air over the range top, causing a downdraft onto the range top.

Install a partition between the stove and the furnace, eliminating airflow between the two appliances.
