The front brake line has a possible assembly error in which there is insufficient clearance between the brake line and the power steering mounting bracket.
How to Fix:
Repair to assure minimum clearance between brake line and power steering mounting bracket; or, if necessary, install new brake line that will alleviate any possibility of interference.
