Recall Summary:The air line plumbing of the air brake foot valve was connected to the supply reservoir instead of the primary reservoir. This removes the primary brake system as a back-up in the event of a secondary brake system failure.
How to Fix:Reroute the foot valve airlines to the primary air tank.
