Recall Summary:
The crosshead king pin forgings of the upper coupling assembly can crack, chip, or break off. This can cause coupler separation.
How to Fix:
Replace defective king pins. Oshkosh will warrant the entire upper coupling assembly for ten years after inspection and repairs.
