When the fuel tanks were tested in accordance with federal motor carrier safety regulation 363. 67, fuel tank caps and/or filler neck welds leaked.

Dealers will expand the filler neck inner tube to prevent fuel from leaking out between it and the outer tube.

System: fuel system. Vehicle description: heavy trucks with a prototype 1/4 turn fuel tank cap andfiller neck.
