Consequence of non-compliance: when a mixture of lpg gas and oxygen is exposed to a source of ignition, an explosion can result and ignite surrounding combustible materials.

icon3 Recall Summary:

The liquid propane gas (lpg) pipes at the rear of the vehicle are routed so they contact the tag axle during vertical movement. This contact can rupture the lpg pipe and allow lpg leakage.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealers will install a section of copper tubing in the rear of the vehicle to replace iron piping in an area out of the scope of the axle swing area.
