Should the bolts fall out, the seat swivel assembly would separate. If this should happen while the vehicle is in motion, it could cause the operator to lose control of the vehicle increasing the potential for a vehicle accident.

The swivel seat assembly attachments between the upper and lower portions are inadequate to insure that the assembly will stay together during normal use. Vibration can cause the attaching bolts to work loose and fall out.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealers will install a new re-designed swivel mount/stop ring, a spacer and new longer mounting bolts.
