Recall Summary:
The webbed belt retractors used to secure a wheel chair in the bus fail when the plastic retractor cover separates allowing the cover to open. This can allow the internal retractor spring to release out of the retractor.
How to Fix:
Dealers will retrofit the wheel chair securement retractors.

Vehicle description: 40 passenger buses with a gross vehicle weight rating of over 30,000 lbs.
