icon3 Recall Summary:

Under high ambient temperatures (greater than 95 degrees fahrenheit) and the fuel tank level between 1/4 and 1/2 full, the fuel tank internal pressure can increase causing the tank to expand. Tank expansion causes an interference between the fuel tank protective shield and the propeller shaft resulting a hole in the fuel tank at the point of shield-to-shaft contact.

Dealers will install a supplemental fuel tank venting system on these vehicles.
