System: interior; active seat and shoulder belts and belt anchors. Vehicle description: walk-in vans manufactured for "federal express" which use safety belts supplied by "intertek International corp. "note: owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time, should contact grumman olson at 1-616-659-0200.
