Recall Summary:
An item worn by a child, such as a long drawstring, sash, or backpack/bookbag accessory, can become caught in the area between the handrail and the floor.
How to Fix:
Dealers will remove the black spacer and install a redesigned (white) spacer between the floor and the handrail.
