icon3 Recall Summary:

Vehicle description: passenger Mini-vans. Covers on the solid stalk mounted seat belt buckles can become dislodged causing the release button to stick inside the cover. The buckle would then be only partially latched.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealers will install a cover retaining clip to the stalk mounted buckle cover to prevent dislocation of the buckle cover.

Owner notification began December 8, 1997. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Chrysler at 1-800-853-1403.
