Vehicle description: passenger Mini-vans. The center rear seat, right outboard side, safety belt anchor hook can become unattached from the body anchor position.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealers will replace the anchor hook retaining clip with a revised profile clip and a cover plate.

Owner notification began December 8, 1997. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Chrysler at 1-800-853-1403.
