Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: passenger vehicles. The main battery cable can contact a body panel located in the trunk, resulting in damage to the cable insulation.
How to Fix:
Dealers will reposition the cable and replace any damaged cables.

Owner notification is expected to begin during October 1997. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact rolls-royce at 1-201-967-9100.
