Vehicle description: passenger vehicles. The front seat belt buckles were not properly riveted to the support strap.

Dealers will replace the front outer seat belt buckles with buckles that have been properly riveted.

Owner notification is expected to begin during June 1998. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Chrysler at 1-800-992-1997.
