Vehicle description: buses built on a Chevrolet gmt 600 cutaway chassis with a granning tag axle added. When the wheels were installed on the tag axle, the retaining ring that goes between the wheel and the lug nuts was inadvertently left off.

Owners will be provided with two retainer rings with installation instructions.
