Vehicle description: class a and c motor homes. The hardware used to secure the liquid propane (lp) tank was not tightened properly.

Dealers will inspect the motor homes to verify that the proper hardware is being used and that all nuts are tightened properly.

Owner notification is expected to begin September 17, 1998. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact damon at 1-800-860-3812.
