icon3 Recall Summary:

Vehicle description: motorcycles. The hose connecting the fuel pump to the fuel filer can come off causing a lcak of fuel pressure ot the fuel injection system. This can prevent the motorcycle from starting or can cause the engine to stall.

icon2 How to Fix:

Dealers will replace the original rubber fuel hose with a combination metal and rubber fuel pipe set which will eliminate the possibility of a fuel hose disconnecting from the fuel pump.

Owner notification is expected to begin November 16, 1998. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Suzuki at 1-800-255-2550.
