Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: cement mixers. The front suspension spring hanger mounting bolts can loosen which would cause the hanger to separate from the frame. This, in turn, may allow the steering axle to move out of its geometric design position.
How to Fix:
Spartan has developed retrofit kits to repair these vehicles.

Owner notification began July 26, 1999.
