Vehicle description: passenger vehicles. The thermostat regulating the temperature of the heated seats was incorrectly positioned during assembly. This incorrect positioning creates the potential that the surface of the heated seat can reach an unacceptably high temperature.

Dealers will install an additional temperature control with each seat equipped with heating elements.

Owner notification began June 1, 1999. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact rolls-royce at 1-248-340-5000.
