Vehicle description: Mini vans. The fuel tank retention strap (two straps per vehicle) can break at the spot welds causing an underbody rattle.

Dealers will replace the fuel tank retention straps.

Owner notification began August 18, 1999. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Nissan at 1-800-nissan1 (1-800-647-7261).
